This Public Offer Agreement governs access to and use of the services provided by Anastasiia Mattias via this website.
1. Services
Services include online masterclasses and lectures, coaching and mentorship sessions, EFE Alchemy programmes, storybook educational materials, and newsletter subscriptions.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing or registering for any service, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full.
3. Payment
Payment is processed via secure third-party processors. All transactions are encrypted. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for sessions or materials that have already been fully delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, storybooks, and content are the intellectual property of Anastasiia Mattias and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
